We're Open and Here for You

Like everyone on Prince Edward Island and across the country, we're navigating something none of us have dealt with before. We want you to know where we stand: the store is open, we're here for you, and we're taking this seriously.
On March 16th, PEI declared a public health emergency. Screening checkpoints went up at the Confederation Bridge and at the airport. Schools closed. A lot of businesses closed. But hardware stores have been classified as essential services, and for good reason — the work doesn't stop just because the world gets turned upside down. Pipes still burst. Roofs still leak. Furnace filters still need changing. And spring is still coming, whether we're ready for it or not.
That said, we're doing things differently to keep our customers and our staff safe:
- Physical distancing — We're limiting the number of customers in the store at one time. Please be patient if there's a short wait to enter.
- Enhanced cleaning — High-touch surfaces, registers, debit machines, and counters are being sanitized throughout the day.
- Curbside pickup — This is new for us, and it's available now. Call the store at (902) 963-2256, place your order over the phone, and we'll bring it out to your vehicle. You don't need to come inside if you'd rather not.
- Phone orders — If you know what you need, call us and we'll have it ready when you arrive. Our team knows the store inside and out and can help you find the right product over the phone.
We've been serving this community since 1990. We've been through ice storms, hurricanes, and a few Maritime winters that tested everyone's patience. This is different, but the approach is the same: show up, take care of each other, and get through it together.
Our hours haven't changed, but check our Facebook page for any updates. If you have questions about anything — products, hours, delivery — just call. We'd rather answer the phone a hundred times a day than have anyone feel uncertain about whether they can get what they need.
